هشتي خانه بوسيله دالاني باحياط ارتباط يافته است .ازقسمتهاي ديگر اين بنا حياط به صورت چهارضلعي در مركز بوده كه فضاهاي معماري در چهارجهت آن قراردارد در وسط حياط گودال باغچه اي جهت دسترسي به آب قنات ساخته شده است كه در دو گوشه شمال غربي و جنوب شرقي كانالهاي قنات مشهود است دورتادور گودال باغچه را غلامگردش يا مردگرد احاطه نموده در جبهه غربي بنا ايواني بلنددر وسط قرار داشته و دردوطرف اتاقي در دوطبقه به صورت سه دري ساخته شده است كه مهمترين قسمت بنارا شامل مي شود درروبروي اين جبهه اتاق پنج دري قرار داشته و در دوجبهه شمالي و جنوبي اتاقهاي سه دري وجود دارد.
ساخت كلي بنا براساس شكل ساختمان و نوع معماري احتمالا” متعلق به دوره صفوي بوده وليكن در دوره هاي بعدي الحاقاتي داشته است .
در پشت ساختمان اصلي فضاهاي خدماتي به عنوان مطبخ , حمام , بهاربند ساخته شده است .
در حال حاضر خانه مذكورمتروكه بوده و به تعميرات زيادي نيازدارد.
تزئينات بنا محدود به سه برج تزئيني بالاي سردر ورودي رسمي بنديهاي پيشطاق ,هشتي و ايوان بلند و سيم گلهاي موجود در نماهاي داخلي ساختمان مي باشد .
